<br/><br/> <br/>يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل سياسات وآليات تعميق الصناعات التحويلية المصرية في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة بهدف الوصول إلى سياسات لمتخذ القرار. ومن هذا المنطلق تعرض البحث من خلال فصوله الخمسة إلى الثورة الصناعية الرابعة المفاهيم والمستجدات، وتشخيص وتقييم الوضع الراهن للصناعات التحويلية المصرية خلال الفترة 2010-2018، وأهم التجارب والجهود الدولية والاقليمية والمحلية لمواكبة الصناعات التحويلية للثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ومداخل تأثير الثورة الصناعية الرابعة على الصناعات التحويلية المصرية، وسياسات وآليات تعميق الصناعات التحويلية في إطار الثورة الصناعية الرابعة- الحالة المصرية، وذلك إعتماداً على البيانات والمعلومات المتاحة الخاصة بالصناعات التحويلية ومؤشراتها في مصر ودولياً من التقارير الدولية  والمؤشرات العالمية، وورشة عمل للخبراء والتنفيذين والإكاديمين والجامعات والمصانع وزيارة ميدانية لاحد المصانع التى واكبت الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. وقد توصل البحث إلى ضعف قدرة القطاع الصناعى على القيام بدوره المنوط به في دفع عجلة التنمية وعلى إحداث التغير الهيكلى نحو تعميق التصنيع المحلى بأعتبارهما أهم متطلبات الاستعداد والاندماج في الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وتواجه مصر فى سبيل تعميق الصناعة المحلية والتكامل بسلاسل القيمة العالمية والإقليمية العديد من المشاكل والتحديات المحلية والدولية. وبناء على ذلك تم اقتراح بعض السياسات والآليات لتعميق الصناعات التحويلية المصرية ومواكبة الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، واقترح وضع استراتيجية مصرية مقترحة للتعامل مع الأبعاد المختلفة للثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وذلك لتعظيم فرص نجاح الجهود المصرية لتعميق وتنمية القطاع الصناعي والصناعات التحويلية وتوصيات مقترحة خاصة بتعميق الصناعة المحلية والاندماج فى سلاسل القيمة العالمية.  This study examines and analyzes the policies and mechanisms of<br/>deepening the Egyptian manufacturing industries in light of the Fourth<br/>Industrial Revolution, with the aim of presenting policies for decisionmakers. From this standpoint, the research presented through its five<br/>chapters the Fourth Industrial Revolution concepts and developments,<br/>diagnosing and evaluating the current state of Egyptian manufacturing<br/>industries during the period 2010-2018, and the most important<br/>international, regional and local experiences and efforts to keep pace with<br/>the manufacturing industries of the Industry 4, the entry points to the<br/>impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the Egyptian manufacturing<br/>industries, policies and mechanisms to deepen manufacturing industries in<br/>the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution the Egyptian case,<br/>depending on the available data and information related to manufacturing<br/>industries and their indicators in Egypt and internationally from<br/>international reports, state and global indicators, a workshop for experts,<br/>executives, academics, universities and factories; and a field visit to one of<br/>the factories that accompanied the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The<br/>research concluded that the industrial sector is too weak to play its role in<br/>advancing development and in bringing about structural change towards<br/>deepening local industrialization, as they are the most important<br/>requirements for readiness and integration in the Fourth Industrial<br/>Revolution and that in order to deepen the local industry and integrate<br/>with global and regional value chains, Egypt faces many domestic and<br/>international problems and challenges. Accordingly, some policies and<br/>mechanisms have been proposed to deepen the Egyptian manufacturing<br/>industries and keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution and it was<br/>suggested to develop a proposed Egyptian strategy to deal with the various<br/>dimensions of the fourth industrial revolution, in order to maximize the<br/>chances of success of Egyptian efforts to deepen and develop the<br/>industrial and manufacturing industries and proposed recommendations<br/>for deepening the local industry and integrating into Global Value Chains
