The Course on Budget Classification and Management is divided into three main parts: The organizational requirements and techniques of budget formulation, execution, and control. Tools and methods used in the analysis of public sector transactions with a view to planning economic and social development. Program and performance budgeting techniques and the problems relating to their practical application. In the current year, only Part II of the General Course is being offered.
